Carrie Ward Richardson

Biography:
A long time resident of Portland, Carrie graduated from Northwestern School of Law at Lewis and Clark in 1998 and is a member of the Oregon Bar Association. Previous to her real estate work in Portland, she had a brief stint as a Realtor in Boston, mentoring with her sister, one of the top agents in Massachusetts. Upon Carrie's return to Portland in 2000, she obtained her Oregon real estate license and began her Portland real estate career. She joined Realty Trust Group in 2004 and has thrived under their brokerage becoming a multi-million dollar producer with a business built on referrals, repeat clients, and dedication.

Fun Facts about Carrie:
● When I'm not working I spend my time white water kayaking and rafting, snowboarding, rock climbing, and traveling.
● When I was 6 years old, growing up in downtown Chicago, my parents purchased an 1890 brick Victorian fixer for $60,000. It had 6000 sq ft, 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 6 fireplaces, and a newfamily of six to occupy it. They eventually renovated it from top to bottom and it's still the most beautiful house I've ever known.
